* 29 days until day of arrival – 100% the total confirmed package rate
Total cancellation of group booking
* From 90 until 60 days before departure – 30% per group booking plus any additional taxes and fees from third parties (hotels, boats, transportation)
* From 59 until 30 days departure – 100% per group booking
Any modification to the number of participants involves a new calculation of rates for the packages offered herein.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
It is mandatory to have whether health or life insurance this is requested by the Tourism Ministry.
You must get your transit card (20,00 USD per person) at Quito or Guayaquil airport before coming here. You can do it on line or the day your flight at the Airport.

Once you arrive to the Galápagos airport you must pay in cash the National Park Entrance.
